Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll look to you to understand our customer needs and existing roadblocks in the customer experience for embracing self-serve services and digital products. You’ll work collaboratively with functional teams such as Digital, Retail and Platforms, Compliance, and Data Privacy teams to agree, design, build and implement initiatives to deliver customer education, and drive increases in customers embracing digital self-serve channels and digital experiences.  You’ll identify areas of improvement at product, software and process levels which will create customer awareness and customer adoption of digital self-serve and digital products.


We need you to have solid experience working within a management leading position, within a Digital Operations, Digital Transformation, Product Transformation along with substantial experience leading large strategic initiatives, cross-functional and cross geography.  You’ll use your knowledge of customer experience, and Point of Sale technology and processes to identify enhancements to products and new technology-driven solutions.  Your innovative and collaborative solution-orientated mindset will enable you to deliver committed objectives successfully.

Annual base salary gross:  Minimum 41,391 – 80,419 EUR


The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
