We’ll look to you to use
your skills in driving critical consumer insights across the organization. You will manage complex international
consumer research programs, serving as a subject matter expert for key
stakeholders across the business. You will organize and synthesize
different sources to deliver consumer insights that drive strategic and
operational decision making. You will be deeply engaged in designing,
executing, analyzing and disseminating consumer research and providing clear
direction on implications to business partners. You will interact closely
with business leaders, augmenting their consumer understanding, and providing
clear input to business growth strategies.
Experienced in working in international
consumer research and insights roles, you will be creative, have strong
analytical skills and good attention to detail. You will have a Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent, the experience of both quantitative and qualitative
research and will have worked 5+ years in client-side or research agency
insights roles. You will ideally have a mix of research experience across
different areas, including but not limited to innovation, brand, communication,
pricing, CRM, customer experience.

Annual base salary
gross: 31,112.00 – 58,668.00 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
