We’ll look to you to ensure implementation and follow up on all prioritized initiatives related to customer acquisition. You’ll drive customer acquisition through improved customer experience when transacting at Point of Sale (POS), facilitated by an enhanced front line associate experience with our software. You’ll collaborate with multiple functional teams from Retail and Digital area to ensure that planned initiatives get executed and ensure that measurements are in place. Using your knowledge and experience of POS, you’ll identify opportunities or gaps, problem solving, evaluating and driving corrective actions and improvements in both process and software.
We need you to have solid experience within a management position within an Operations, Product or Project Management. You will draw upon your POS knowledge and substantial experience implementing large scale strategic initiates, cross-functional and cross geography to successfully deliver your objectives. Your analytical mindset, understanding of technology, and processes will enable you to gauge the criticality of data-driven decisions.

Annual base salary gross: G13: 41,391 – 80,419 EUR
The
base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary
range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various
factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for
