Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to bring your compliance and/or risk or audit skills to manage the APAC/ME Financial Institution (FI) Client Compliance program. In this capacity your prime responsibility will be identifying and assisting to resolve potential risks to Western Union Business Solutions that may be identified through our new and existing Financial Institution Clients. Although often working autonomously, you will be part of a team supporting Global Payments.

You will conduct in-depth, enhanced analysis of prospective and current FI Clients to identify or establish if there are risks. You will provide recommendations to leadership on how to proceed in accordance with existing policy and procedure. You will work closely/ advise the Director AML Compliance APAC and Senior Managers, Compliance ANZ and Hong Kong of any identified non-compliance with AML or regulatory requirements. We’ll be looking for you to contribute to the development, implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs .

For this role, we require you to have experience within Risk, Compliance or AML/CTF at management /supervisor level within financial services. Preferably, you will have worked with multiple financial products including remittance and Foreign Exchange and have resolved compliance issues for these. Along with this you will need to be analytically minded and comfortable in communicating and presenting to senior management.
