Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We will be looking to you to lead a team that is responsible for documentation creation and maintenance across our Global Operations Organization.  You'll drive documentation needs in collaboration with Global Operations Training including compliance procedural requirements, standard operation procedures/standard work, knowledge articles, job aids, and customer stationeries and scripting's.  You will work closely with Western Union partners, internal operations and support function team members as well as senior leadership to manage process improvement.  You'll support Global Operations governance, including Customer Experience and Compliance. 


You will have received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Writing or Law along with 7+ years of progressive experience within the financial sector.  You'll have a strong understanding of operations, process development, analysis and improvement. You are a process management expert, with proven problem-solving and analytical skills, who is motivated, optimistic and persistent as a superior team facilitator.
