Better starts and ends with customer

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall MarTech stack supporting the Customer Engagement Management team, including the development, control and tracking of budgets and deadlines. You will have robust roadmaps that align to the needs of our customers and our business, and lead a team to deliver with excellence. You will partner cross-functionally and develop the right relationships with internal teams like Digital Product, Regional Marketing, Data & Analytics as well as external parties and key vendors. Together with the IT architects, you will define how the technical integration of the different IT components will actually work and perform the technical design of the required solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will have over 5 years of marketing automation or platform/product management. You will have a good understanding of the marketing technology portfolio of capabilities, as well as strong data and technology background and good understanding of how these are used to enable marketing and improve CX. You will have proven track of people management and be a results-driven leader, who uses metrics to drive clarity of goals and measure outcomes. Previous experience on lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Annual base salary gross: 41,391 – 80,419 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
