Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to be a key member of the team that will support Compliance Systems and Analytics (CS&A) group in developing and executing solutions for Compliance needs across systems and processes and supporting their direct manager’s objectives and those of CS&A.  This role supports the Compliance department and as a result corporate and department policy. This position will contribute to the design and development of front and back office monitoring programs and provide analytics support for Western Union's Payments Compliance Analytics and Design team.  

For such a role, we require you to have experience in Anti Money Laundering Compliance from financial service or payments background as well as having up to date knowledge of the current regulatory landscape within the region. You will need to be an excellent communicator and can build strong relationships. Having an analytical mindset is key too.
