Better requires process, discipline and simplification

You’ll use your outstanding data skills to review Agent enrollment and recertification documents for completeness and accuracy according to the validation rules provided by the money service license holder and country requirements. You’ll conduct Fit and Proper checks and provide Know Your Agent (KYA) approvals for WU agents. Also, you’ll participate in cross functional project teams as subject matter expert and support your team leader in managerial and administrative tasks. You will be a part of the Agent Implementation team and your role will be vital in controlling and assessing our regulatory requirements.


Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • University/College degree preferred
  • Fluency in English (B2)
  • Team Player
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures and deadlines
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • General IT literacy
  • Knowledge of AS400, Sales Force and SharePoint databases would be considered as an advantage
