We’re seeking for a Junior Specialist in Western Union Digital Customer Verification Team, based in Vilnius, Lithuania office. In this role, you will be a part of the team who responds to the need of Western Union to comply with regulations that require the identification of regular online service consumers. It is a part of the Know Your Client (KYC) program, working with process of identification of WU.com consumers.

  • Support WU.com consumers in European region with their identity verification;
  • Conduct checks on Politically Exposed Persons;
  • Provide support to consumers (emails/calls) that are struggling with identity verification process.

What you will need to succeed:
  • Customer-centric approach;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Team player with high attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment;
  • Fluent English language;

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in calls handling;
  • Knowledge of MS Office;
  • Independent decision-making skill;
  • Ability to work evening/night shift and public holidays.
