Better starts and ends with the customer

You will use your analytical and investigative skills to support our customers through problems arising with products.  You’ll correspondence and communicate with customers direct and log the calls and issues whilst maintaining valid supporting documents for all transactions, providing research and root cause analysis, and making recommendations to cover the gaps in investigating issues and provide resolutions, whilst building on your relationships with our internal partners from across the globe.

 
Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have
  • Experience, preferably Customer Service field Customer-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to details skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office package
