Better requires leading and delivering on key technology initiatives

Based at our global headquarters in Denver, Colorado, you will work closely with our CIO providing clear visibility of the organization’s alignment to strategic priorities. You will define, track, and manage KPIs to the company’s overall strategy. In addition, you will monitor IT spend and budgets, provide technology thought leadership and solutions while ensuring clear enterprise-wide communication via team recognition, newsletters, etc.

Your responsibilities will include providing key support, data, and counsel to the CIO regarding expenses against planned budget, KPI tracking, aligning strategic priorities and organizational resource planning. You will also make recommendations based on industry trends to support implementation of critical high-level, enterprise-wide strategy set by senior management.

For this important role, you should have Bachelor/ Master's degree in Information Systems, or equivalent and a minimum 6+ years IT and financial management experience including previous experience working with executives managing and tracking large IT transformation initiatives.
