Based at our global headquarters in Denver, Colorado, this role will play an integral role in maintaining the critical infrastructure supporting our Money Transfer, Compliance and Corporate systems Business lines. You will enable the delivery of high-quality service of Infrastructure Operations ensuring that the delivery process is in place to meet business needs while ensuring service level management.


Your responsibilities will include developing effective working relationships with technology and regional business leadership and other IT stakeholders, developing a strategy placemat, creating metrics to continuously measure the team’s performance and being accountable for the quality of service and performance along with effective IT capacity planning.


For this critical and high visibility role, you should have 6+ years of IT leadership and management and experience with a broad array of IT infrastructure and operations. Hands-on technical knowledge of Server technologies, networking, virtualization tools (VMWare, KVM, Oracle PCA) and knowledge on cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google) preferred.
