Better requires innovative and secure ways to access data and processes

Reporting to the CISO, you will oversee an IAM team that is responsible for designing, engineering, deploying, and supporting strong processes and technologies used by our employees and contractors. You will be responsible for defining and managing identities that represent persons, objects, and other assets requiring access while also defining and implementing access controls based on these identities and their rights. You will also deliver innovative, secure, and reliable solutions for single sign-on, password management, privileged access management, cloud secrets management, and multi-factor authentication. 


Your responsibilities will include setting the strategy, COE methodology, work plans, and key performance indicators for the global IAM program. You will ensure internal users can be identified and can access the systems and data they require to perform their job function. You will also ensure that appropriate global IAM governance structures and quality controls are in place to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.


For this pivotal role, we require that you have a Bachelors degree and ten-plus years of management experience with increasing responsibility and three-plus years experience specifically  with Identity & Access Management and proven business process expertise along with an ability to solve very complex security challenges
