People Strategy Leader– Payments Business – London, UK

Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to implement change strategies to drive organization performance. Collect and analyze insights from the business units and develop action plans for improving talent and organizational health. While building talent strategy and identify and develop critical capabilities for business unit.  Provide HR leadership in execution, monitoring and achievement of HR programs. Partner closely with the Talent & Learning, Total Rewards and People Services teams to synthesize and streamline HR initiatives in alignment with business strategy and goals. Leading the discussions on talent, succession, org health, diversity and inclusion with all business leaders. Influence strategy based on unique and critical knowledge of business units’ organizational health and people strategy.  Coach and consult with leaders to improve work relationships, build engagement, increase productivity and retention. Explain the “why” to the business in developing and driving people initiatives that meet business needs while remaining aligned with global company-wide strategies.

Your responsibilities will include

Integrating change management activities into current business unit projects. Helping define and measure success metrics & report out to leadership on progress


For such a pivotal role, you’ll ideally have progressive responsibility in human resources administration for a large-sized, multinational firm or major corporate division. History of demonstrate experience in business orientation and understanding of global market dynamics. Strong organizational effectiveness skills (group dynamics, new business development, cross-matrix experience, etc.)

Strong change management skills.  Proven accomplishment in acting as key advisor, partner and change agent to senior management.
