Better requires process discipline and simplification

As a leader within our global compliance department, we’ll be looking to you to provide efficient and effective support to the compliance department via detailed budget management, Workforce Planning, staffing alignment,  vendor management, and third party spend oversight.. You will play a critical role in the functioning of the compliance departments 1,200 employees while overseeing a considerable budget.

 

For such a critical role, you’ll have 5 to 7 years of experience in a complex financial services or compliance environment. You’ll also have a high degree of professionalism and demonstrated experience managing a large global budget. We’ll look to you to show experience managing workforce and staffing processes, with a strong understanding of compliance-related functions. Since these responsibilities require interaction with many stakeholders, we’ll expect you to effectively liaise with compliance leadership and key partners within other departments.  You will also be comfortable performing budget forecasting and working closely with the executive team. A bachelors degree is preferred and related certifications including but not limited to CAMS or CFCS will be  of value for this role. Indeed, you will be the face of our global compliance department.
