Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll look to you to provide expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for customer retention, monitoring market information and applying sales skills to develop and grow our client base, in a profitable manner. Know Your Customer (KYC), using a consultative sales approach recommending solutions to fit the client’s individual needs. You will develop unique pricing and payment/hedging strategies for your client portfolio establish and maintain accurate client information and revenue/opportunity forecasts on Salesforce (SFDC). You will secure and manage relationships with existing and potential clients and provide clients with market information and global economic news and how this influences their cash flow. You will process deals on our trading platform and respond to payment inquiries through multiple channels. 


You will use your previous business to business skills to focus on building customer trust, loyalty, and retention. You’ll ideally be educated to degree level, be comfortable with MS office and be able to learn multiple in-house systems quickly. We’ll also need you to possess the ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Ideally, you will have working experience in the Foreign Exchange industry (ideally, between 2-5 years) within a sales environment.
