Better starts and ends with the customer

You’ll be responsible for providing tactical budget and expense support for the Global Operations organization and for the functional teams in day-to-day business operations. You will facilitate workforce activities, including management of the central record for Operations hiring plans and alignment with HR and finance support in the enforcement of hiring budget adherence. Assist in Third Party spend management and purchasing/accounts payable processes for functional areas across Global Operations.  You will also support in the process of budget metrics and expense analysis for the Global Operations Leadership.

We will need you to have over 2-3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar. You will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and the broader Microsoft Office suite. You will also have a basic knowledge of financial and budgeting concepts. You will be able to consume and synthesize often large volumes of information from varied sources to execute the responsibilities of the job quickly and effectively.  You will demonstrate the ability to respond quickly and constructively to changes or unexpected shifts in priorities.
