Territory Sales Executive – Working-from-home position, covering the Germany market and other Central European Countries

Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking for you to be based in Poland to grow the network of Western Union within Germany (and other countries, as assigned) by signing up new agents and managing relationships with existing agents within Western Union’s Agent Network in Germany and Central Europe. We’ll want you to meet and exceed your sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing sales in-store by managing the end to end sales process. In this role, you will be travelling regularly (including overnight travel) to visit both potential and existing locations and represent Western Union.

 

We’ll need you to have excellent communication skills to approach new agents and build long-lasting relationships with them. Ideally, you will have previous experience in field sales, face-to-face sales, account management or business development. We expect you to speak both German and English to business level. This is a work-from-home contract, you will be living in Poland covering mainly Germany, and jurisdictions, as assigned by the company and reasonable for you.

You need to have a valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel to Germany on a regular basis, including overnight travel and travel at short notice.

Western Union has implemented a new sales operating model, in which sales professionals will be assigned to different regions depending on their language skills and business requirements across Central Europe.
