Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking to you to analyze transactions from a real time queue to identify potential fraud patterns. This requires contacting consumers as required to validate suspicious transactions. You’ll be empowered to resolve complex problems independently and to make decisions regarding escalation cases.


Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  •        English required, written and verbal
  •        Schedule flexibility (including weekends and holidays)
  •        Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  •        Ability to grasp new concepts
  •        Analytical, organizational, and customer service skills
  •        Experience with fraud monitoring and/or payments background desired
