Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking to you to identify overdue accounts, decide appropriate action, and if necessary, negotiate payment plans with debtor. In the case of sensitive or complex accounts, you should consult with your supervisor. It will be up to you to monitor a portfolio of agents, and adjust permanent limits in accordance with agent payment history and operational requirements within the department guidelines.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  •        3+ years working as a credit controller or collector
  •        Attention to detail
  •        Strong customer service skills
