Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

You’ll be joining our Business Process Management team to execute business process improvements and automation initiatives within the Western Union's Global Operations Organization. You’ll focus on supporting, creating and refining technical solutions that automate processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This will include research, solution design & development, testing, problem resolution, post-rollout review & audit and everything in between. You’ll work closely with a variety of stakeholders from policy owners, functional leaders, and business and technical experts. You’ll perform data collection, analysis, validation and cleansing as you support existing processes and implement change requirements as problem-solving issues arise.


For this role, you will need a bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical or industrial engineer related subject and be a qualified system engineer. You have more than 4 years of experience on automation/integration projects and 2 years developing robots, C#/Java, HTML, Microsoft technology and scripting language skills.  You experience will preferably within the Financial sector.
