Better requires process, discipline, and simplification


In this exciting and fast-paced role you’ll provide valuable support to our Chief Corporate Affairs & Communications Officer. Amid a wide range of responsibilities, arrange travel (includes international travel), manage schedules, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate events and handle correspondence and inquiries. In addition, you will have experience in budgetary management and control as well as in project management. It will be helpful to have strong prioritization and planning skills and experience supporting high performing teams. Your support will reach globally, and you will be comfortable with early starts.


 


For such an integral role, you will have at least 5+ years of experience working with senior executives (C-Suite) as an Executive Assistant.  You’ll be highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information. You will be flexible with an advanced level of proficiency in MS office including; PowerPoint, Word and Excel. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be incredibly efficient with your time. Being optimistic, persistent, patient, resourceful, results-driven and forward looking will make you an excellent candidate for this role.
