We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive, based in our Singapore office. In this role, as the AR collector, you will primarily be responsible in collecting unpaid invoices. Under general supervision, you will contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquencies, and obtain payment commitment through routine outbound calls, which at times my deviate from standard screens, scripts and procedure. You will ensure to track all gathered information into the system and may be involved in answering queries and resolving or troubleshooting customer issues or problems.

Outstanding Invoices
  • Daily monitoring of outstanding invoices
  • Thorough investigation before contacting the customer
  • Calls to be made in the first instance and follow up by e-mail if necessary
  • Timely system updates around the contact made, agreed timescales, and other outstanding requirements to ensure all notes are current and can be reviewed by anyone
  • Generate and provide daily reports to the relevant operations team
  • Report on trends highlighted and raised with relevant Account owner
  • Escalate errors to line manager with potential impact to the business highlighted
  • Monthly invoicing and chasing of outstanding fees, with reports filtered to show fees outstanding, invoices raised
Ensure that the service needs or requirements of the business and the customers are met
  • Achieve SLA’s
  • Right first-time culture
  • Take ownership of role
  • Prioritize urgent requests
  • In depth knowledge of all our priority clients in depth and any specific tasks for these
Case Management
  • SFDC cases are raised where appropriate
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate case notes
  • Monitor case queue for responses and action to set SLA
  • Escalate trends where applicable to aid resolution
Ensures that control is maintained over all tasks and risks are mitigated
  • Participate in the compiling and maintenance of department procedures
  • Attend BCM testing where necessary ensuring awareness of plans and procedures should an event take place
