You will deliver an excellent client experience across an extensive regional portfolio of active digital customers. Working on our “WU EDGE” platform, we’ll look to you to achieve regional targets through increasing sales and customer retention. Handling inbound and outbound calls, you will migrate, adapt, cultivate, and assist your clients, cross-selling, and up-selling intangible foreign exchange products. Working alongside internal teams, you will implement regional business plans and campaigns, all while suggesting and identifying improvements within the platform.


You will be motivated and driven with a desire to succeed and a proven track record of achieving sales targets would be desirable. Your confident and can-do attitude will fit well within the team. Knowledge of international payments and foreign exchange products and services would be an advantage. It is essential that you are fluent in the German language and a good command of English is also required.
