You will be mainly responsible for digital customer growth across specific Asia Pacific markets. You are also expected to develop and lead the digital customer growth strategy and communications strategy with the primary goal of driving digital business growth. You will be responsible for the  execution of all digital marketing and pricing initiatives with accountability for reaching digital revenue & customer targets. You are expected to design and oversee all aspects of the digital marketing eco-system including all channels; Paid, Owned and Earned. Your responsibility will also include developing and monitoring campaign budgets, including measurement and tracking of marketing return on investment. You will use your expertise to evaluate key metrics that affects the overall digital performance, including end-to-end conversion funnel. With your strong analytical ability, you will be evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

You have a proven track record successfully leading digital customer growth & performance marketing strategy within Money Transfer, Banking & Finance or Telecommunications space. You will be a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of complex businesses. You will come with solid personality complimenting excellent communication skills.
