Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this position, you will drive continuous improvement of the customer experience across a variety of WU financial services and products. Your team will be collaborating to drive initiatives in their pursuit to identify areas of improvement at product, software and processes level which will create enhanced user experience. You will define governance, policy and procedures for locations, as well as Privacy, Information Security, Technology and Product Standards.


You need to bring progressive experience in product development, and leadership. You will have a deep understanding of how technology fits in the business processes in relation to customer interaction, although we are looking for a business and operations focus, rather than IT. Your inquisitive mind and creativity allow you to make suggestions for improvements to WU products and services. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Annual base salary gross: G-B: 53,480  – 105,373 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
