Better starts and ends with the customer

In this role, you will be charged with delivering a high level of regulatory compliance expertise to our cross-border payments partnerships and products. In addition to managing a team, you’ll be responsible for defining products compliance configurations for launch by understanding and managing product risk, ensuring anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, managing stakeholder relationships (e.g., business lines), and meeting project/product milestones.

Keeping our customers safety in mind for all you do, you will work with global teams and hold a high degree of professionalism and multicultural awareness on a daily basis.


For such an important role, you’ll have 5 or more years of experience in financial payments, AML, Know Your Customer (KYC), Due Diligence, and financial crimes. In addition, you’ll have a strong acumen in people and product management. To be successful in this role, you will have managed a team for 2 or more years of experience. A Bachelors degree is highly preferred, as is a Juris Doctor (JD), though neither is required. A CAMS certification is also preferred. This position carries a high degree of visibility and requires significant professional communication and organizational ability.
