Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking to you to contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls. These calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services you’ll answer inquiries and resolve problems. It will be up to you to ensure all case notes are comprehensive and accurate.

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
