The Opportunity: Are you a commercially-minded Client / Account Manager? Would you like to work for a leading global FinTech business?  
 
We’re seeking a Client Account Manager, based in our Prague office. The Client / Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and further developing existing client portfolios.  A commercially-minded / sales-focused Client Relationship manager, who achieves and overachieves on targets. Someone who can ensure that our clients receive continuous high-quality service.

  • Responsible for individual portfolio
  • Ensure revenue growth and client retention
  • Identify hedging methods and sources that clients can use to implement foreign exchange strategies
  • Cooperate with Corporate Hedging Manager on tailor made hedging structures 
  • Develop proposals for key decision-makers to offer range of appropriate solutions to help the business growth
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure seamless support for clients, especially in the clients transitioning
  • Review reported economic and financial data and act as the primary branch / client source of foreign exchange market knowledge, information, and expertise
  • Maintain high level of market knowledge and communicate it to the clients as required
  • Solve efficiently client issues, provide feedback and ideas for improvement to the Client Group Manager
 
What you will need to succeed:
  • Customer Service experience - emphasis on providing the best level of service
  • Strong sales skills / commercial awareness = important
  • Experience ideally gained in a Financial Services / FX environment, but other industries will be considered
  • Czech to mother tongue standard (this is a must); good verbal and written knowledge of English
  • General knowledge of financial markets would be an advantage
