Relentless pursuit of better

In this critical role you’ll help us to develop teams & team facilitators to use Scrum, Kanban well, including the ecosystem around the team. You’ll be an expert in Lean- Agile practices & possess significant facilitation & coaching skills, with being adept at mentoring & teaching. You’ll be responsible for SAFe process adoption, training documentation & delivery, team assessments & improvement plans. in addition, creation & sustainability of Agile release trains & ongoing PI planning sessions following the scaled Agile methodology adopted by WU will be your responsibilities.

 

For such a detail-oriented role, we require you to have 10-13 years’ experience with 6+ years of overall Agile expertise. You’ll have proven Agile coaching skills, experience & a successful track record. You’ll come with strong verbal & written communication skills tailored for the proper audience. You’ll be scrum master, product owner or Agile coach certified familiar with scaled Agile framework (SAFe), with desired A SAFe certification.
