In this critical role you’ll help us to evolve, and support in the implementation of the WU Way.  You’ll help us create an environment that promotes continuous improvement, increasing quality, reducing customer pain points and embraces employees to enhance the value of the service we provide to clients. You’ll guide the team in the development and roll-out of lean deployments. You’ll also use your impeccable management skills creating awareness, supporting & mentoring business leaders, lead problem-solving activities to define issues, determining root causes & implement solutions.


We need you to have 10+ years’ experience with relevant Lean certifications to boot. You will have strategic thinking, planning, negotiation & persuasion skills, as well as independent decision-making capabilities for complex or strategic challenges. You will have relevant Agile knowledge & experience to work in partnership with the team & implement Lean mechanisms. You have expertise in improving productivity by creating efficiencies, using strong communication skills with key stakeholders to build a solid business partnership, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
