This is an exciting opportunity for you to conduct and oversee the initial diagnostic, design, and running our WU Way boot camps.  We’ll look to you to identify new processes and build new capabilities by providing training, development, and coaching to our staff and management.  You’ll be creating awareness and keeping momentum by dedicating close to half of your time during the deployment on observing and coaching.  You’ll use your highly honed crafting skills to develop and enhance lean training material.  Working with the wider team you will perform holistic diagnostics to discover opportunities to improve and define an ambitious future state.


For this role, we need you to have 5-8 years’ experience with strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving skills, attention to details & relevant Lean certifications. You will have relevant Agile knowledge & experience to work in partnership with the team & implement Lean mechanisms. You’ll need to have business knowledge which you have gained from working within the financial services industry.  We require you to have outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills and be a confident strong decision-maker by nature.
