Manager, WUPSIL Business Risk

We’re seeking a Business Risk Manager, WUPSIL Business Risk, in our Dublin, Ireland office (Global Money Transfer EU headquarters).  In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, ongoing improvement, and coordination of an Company’s Risk Management Framework including risk identification, analysis, mitigation, tracking and reporting to executive management and the Board. The Risk Management program is integral in supporting leadership manage companywide risk while making informed decisions to achieve both short and long term strategic goals.

• Assist with the development and enhancement of the Company’s Risk Management Framework 
• Support the development and maintenance of the Company’s Risk Management Policy and Framework, Risk Appetite Statement, limits and tolerances 
• Ensure appropriate oversight of Service Level Agreements (accuracy, completeness, timeliness) and compliance with WUPSIL standards and monthly performance reporting metrics.
• Work with business units to develop and enhance risk mitigation plans and track the status of major risk mitigation activities throughout the company
• Researching and recommending best Enterprise Risk Management practices, tools, and methodologies to improve the understanding and communication of risk
• Working directly with various business functions to identify and report potential risks and opportunities that exist within the Company’s operating environment 
• Facilitate and support risk assessments and studies, providing research, analysis, advice and other inputs as required
• Support the planning and facilitation of risk workshops with middle and senior management
• Conducting risk-based trainings to business units and supporting functions 
• Maintain the corporate wide risk database
• Develop, populate, and maintain key risk indicators/metrics  
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting and readouts to senior leadership
• When required, support the Incident Management Committee and Group Business Risk function

• Demonstrated capability to apply risk management concepts, analysis, and support to strategic decision-making processes 
• Experience assessing and articulating risks in complex businesses environments
• Strong and demonstrable understanding of currencies, economic and financial principles
• Structured thinker with excellent analytical, written / oral communication and project management skills
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to collaborate in a global, matrix environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend sound conclusions
• Proven ability to drive tasks and resolve issues under tight timeframes
• Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
