Better requires process discipline and simplification

We´ll be looking to you to have global responsibility managing the P&L for the Western Union Money Transfer. Your primary duty will be to review and achieve annual financial goals of revenue and profit. You will support the business team interpreting the data analysis, providing trends and insights to influence positively decision makers. You will provide explanations for the major P&L line variances as well as the long-term planning and forecasting in collaboration with the Financial and Go-to-Market Team. You will propose corrective actions and set objectives/ targets for each country level.    

For this role, you will ideally have a bachelor´s degree and a relevant experience operating a P&L. To succeed in this role, you will need to gain strong financial and pricing acumen. You will understand the company’s customer value delivery chain and build efficiency discipline across the team.  You will be able to be a company-wide change agent that influences strategic actions and mindset change.
