Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

For this position, you will work directly with large volumes of data, creating meaningful analysis, interpreting data, and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. You will provide ad-hoc reports and perform investigative steps regarding specific transaction screening flow through compliance system(s) as well as recommend key metrics for tracking system performance; develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards and scorecards to track metrics from multiple data sources.

 

For this role, you will need a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in business processes, data analytics, or technology development. You must have experience as a Data Analyst with a track record of delivering well-documented data requirements, translating business requirements into technical requirements and working with relational and No SQL database technologies, including writing complex queries for ad hoc data analysis. Experience in handling and analyzing large volumes of data, providing ad-hoc reports, complex reports a must. Your experience will preferably within the Financial sector.

Annual base salary gross: 19,750.00 – 34,985.00 EUR

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
