As an Associate Recruiter with Western Union, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating both internal and external talent candidates. You’ll support the recruiting and hiring process with high-volume positions and other roles as required, as well as manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) recruitment software, Taleo, and meticulously handle job offers for potential employees.


Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least three years’ experience working in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, as well as a strong working knowledge of ATS software such as Taleo, Workday, iCIMS, or Avature
  • A detail-oriented personality, with the ability to multitask and work proactively and independently

Annual base salary gross: EUR 14,880 – EUR 25,508


The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
