We’re seeking a Banking Clerk, based in our Vilnius office. You will manage a large volume of beneficiary banking and other details review and entry for each invoice provided by the client and process outgoing payments from business clients, while assuring specific guidelines and criteria are met.

  • Process requests to enter invoice information based on clients’ needs and within tight deadlines
  • Process outgoing transactions using various methods and currencies;
  • Provide consistent, quality service to assist Sales, Client Support, Operations and other teams in facilitating customer transactions;
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners and clients to ensure timely processing of requests;
  • Conduct investigations related to transaction processing;
  • Understand and follow company policies that apply to payment processing, compliance and risk management processes;
  • Prepare various regular and ad-hoc reports.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Finance Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks;
  • Accuracy, detail orientation and proactive attitude;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
  • Fluent in English.
