We’re seeking an Associate, Payment Processing Operations, based in our Vilnius office. You will process incoming and outgoing payments from business clients, while assuring specific guidelines and criteria are met. 

Sound interesting? Here are some specifics:
  •  Review data received from internal / external parties, compiling beneficiary templates in WUBS applications for our customers to utilize
  •  Monitoring the VMS Payments System and validating the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met 
  • Monitor case queue for responses and action immediately 
  • Ensure all queries are resolved satisfactorily within agreed SLA 
  • Ensure that all communication (written and verbal) is customer centric and to the required standard 
  • Understand and follow company policies that apply to payment processing, compliance and risk management processes 
What you will need to succeed: 
  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economic or Administration – preferred, or an equivalent combination of ongoing education and work experience 
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Must be able to work independently and in the team, multitask and to process large volumes of incoming queries, effectively handle and coordinate work with large transaction load 
  • Ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/customer centric approach 
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks 
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment 
  • Fluency in English

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
  •  Visual Basic macros knowledge considered as an advantage 
  • Ability to work on public holidays.
