Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to be part of our Courtesy Callback team who are responsible for ensuring proper due diligence interviews are made by performing complex duties with high level technical/business knowledge in the areas of customer interviews and transaction analysis related to Western Union Compliance programs. You will manage money transfers where further investigation is needed over the phone or other off-line applications in support of consumers globally. You should ensure an excellent customer service experience. You should feel empowered to make business decisions that impact the customer and business

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

      1-year minimum experience in Customer Service. 

      Fluency in English (B2+-76%) with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills.

      Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

      Flexibility to work in different shifts, according to business needs
