Working as an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Associate in Vilnius, Lithuania you will be a key player when it comes to conducting investigations, servicing inquiries, and working directly with money transfers. You’ll be tech-savvy with knowledge on how to utilize relevant back-office applications, as well as being able to provide essential support on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance programs. A decisive nature is essential, as you will need to make accurate judgements and communicate your findings back to Western Union agents, customers, and/or service associates.


Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in the English language; additional spoken languages a plus
  • A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills
  • The ability to work successfully in a self-motivated team environment
  • A passion for customer service

Annual base salary gross: 10,551 – 18,088 EUR


The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
