We’re seeking an Associate, AML Compliance - CCB based in our Quezon City office. In this role, you will be conducting investigations, servicing inquiries received over the phone, e-mail or working directly with money transfers utilizing back-office applications, verifying customer identification documents and making decisions.

  • Be responsible for providing support on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance program
  • You will be managing Government Sanctions and/or other internal programs while working with stopped payments
  • You will make accurate decisions assessing knowledge in AML Compliance field and communicate these decisions to Western Union agents, customers and/or service associates.
  • You have customer service experience in any of the following industries: retail, hospitality, administration, banking with preference for call centre experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working within the call center operations environment and industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a multicultural team.
  • PC literate and well versed in using MS Office applications.
  • You will have a typing speed of 30 words per minute

  • You have a Bachelors’ or University degree
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English
  • Proficient in working with MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity on working with technologies including audio and video conferencing
  • Ability to multitask, and provide quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Willingness to work on shift in relation to business needs
 What will make you stand out:
  • At least a year for work experience in a call center or BPO environment
