In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Global Consumer Engagement & loyalty programs team to build, deliver and maintain customer engagement capabilities and performances per agreed roadmaps and KPIs. You will be a part of the Consumer Engagement Orchestration team (located out of multiple locations around the world).

 

You will drive fast-paced, innovation driven and multifunctional operational tasks, delivering on an assigned agenda of end-to-end customer lifecycle. The expected contributions include the support to a wide range of critical Solutions Delivery initiatives: from the building of new and exciting features, to the actual deployment in the eligible markets; always working based on customer/market insights, benchmarking best-practices and working on an agile approach in partnership with internal Product, Channel, Regional and Global teams and external trusted suppliers.
