Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’re looking you to be a seasoned Business Intelligence professional, capable of working in a team to drive Business Intelligence initiatives within the organization. You should Partner with various business leaders to articulate analytics needs and identify opportunities to drive business growth, through data modeling will be a technical reference for the team, for data modeling, analytics and visualization best practices. You will help to lead Business Intelligence initiatives from concept to deployment, partnering with team members through different stages of development.

For this role, you will need 6-10 years in a Business Intelligence, Business Analytics or related role. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or another quantitative field. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English B2+-73%). You should have 1-2 years of experience managing a Business Intelligence team or coaching Business Intelligence team members. For the role we require you to have experience leading Business Intelligence implementations within a Company, from understanding requirements to deployment. You should be proficient in advanced excel (including experience using PowerQuery, PowerPivot); experience with PowerBI or Tableau; SQL.
