Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking to you to play an integral role in the Western Union Sales

Organization. You will work face-to-face with our agents and customers to drive sales and maintain Western Union’s place as the premier leader in the money transfer business. You will be adept at identifying and closing opportunities through leveraging Western Union’s diverse product range and capabilities as well as have a strong ability to close opportunities through your ability to make a lasting impression and build partnerships.


For such an important role, you will have 3 or more years of client-facing sales experience in a multi-cultural environment, ideally within the money transfer space. We’ll look to you to be self-motivated, self-assured, and show a high of integrity and tenacity to do your very best. You’ll make regular contact with current and potential clients, collaborating and establishing long term relationships with them within a defined territory. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this role. This position will drive frequently in the Kansas City area, and for that reason, a drivers license and personal vehicle is required.
