Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to provide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance support to multiple accounts and affiliates in providing oversight and assessments of compliance programs. You will help make sure these accounts comply with AML policies & procedures by evaluating internal controls, risk assessments, reviews and training sessions. It will also be your responsibility to follow up on any concerns from these findings in order to try and resolve them. You will provide ongoing support to ensure that the company detects fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing.

 

For such a critical role, you will show demonstrated experience in compliance or finance from a banking or financial services institution. You will be an excellent communicator, keen to utilize your skillset to provide training. This role will be customer centric and a high level of skill in this area is needed. To be successful in this position, you will possess a strong ability to analyze data and demonstrate sound judgement to solve problems. In addition, you will be comfortable in using Microsoft applications on a daily basis. To be successful in this role, you will have 2 – 3 years of related experience. A university degree is preferred, although it is not required. The position could potentially require up to 30% travel. Proficiency in Spanish is useful, thought not required.
