We’ll look to you to be responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly operational, quality, and training reports, providing insights and analysis how to improve performance in all Key Performance Metrics of vendor sites. You will effectively communicate both executive and operational ad-hoc reports required for the vendor sites together with other different business units and/or work streams for a project or initiative. You will participate in reporting optimization, consolidation and communication of analytics, participating and monitoring reporting standardization initiatives across channels, regions and business units, assisting in other ad hoc tasks.


We need you to have experience of reporting and/or workforce management, quality analysis or operation leadership in a call center environment, advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in any business intelligence or reporting tool (Business Objects, Tableau, etc.). Also, you will need to have good computer skills and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications, strong problem solving and analytical skills, high attention to detail, excellent planning, coordinating and organizational skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skill.
