Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to support various parts of compliance to help them maintain our exceptional standards. You will do this by assessing the effectiveness of the controls we have in place by preforming testing, monitoring and conducting compliance reviews. Once these are done you will use your findings to make recommendations on areas that can be improved, driving procedure changes through calibration sessions, determining quality assurance standards, constantly recognizing quality trends and additional training needs.


For such a pivotal role, you will need to have had experience either in compliance reviews, audit, or fraud prevention from within a financial services environment. You would also need to possess an investigative mind, and an ability to identify trends and evaluate risk. We expect you to be analytical, proactive and detail oriented but also being able to multi-task, adapt to constantly changing processes, to grasp new concepts and integrate quickly to deliver results.

Annual base salary gross: 17,004 – 29,218 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
