Does playing a critical role in preventing money laundering and other illegal financial activities sound exciting? Join Western Union as an AML Compliance Manager.

Motivated by our values: purpose driven, globally minded, and trustworthy & respectful

Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to design, develop and deploy AML compliance programs for Western Union’s multiple financial institutions and agent partners. You will be the person who builds, reviews and tests these programs to ensure they meet the regulatory standard across the region. You’ll evaluate controls both internally and with our agent partners through analysis and support our partners in delivering our compliance programs. In your role you will support the Sub-Regional Director in day to day activities and communicate with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies. You’ll implement policies and procedures and work closely with the regional teams who will help you achieve the consistency. We would like you to come from Financial Services Compliance or AML background (ideally at a managerial level) and to have the ability to understand and interpret law and regulations related to AML/CTF and Anti-Fraud policies and procedures. You will need to be fluent in both English and German (oral and written). Understanding German Financial Services legislation and regulations will be a strong advantage.
