Better starts and ends with the customer

You will use your outstanding data skills to maintain the consistency of databases amongst Western Union and central banks.  We’ll look to you to submit and implement changes like adding, modifying, deleting operators, terminals and maintain general information, hours, downloadable files, limits in critical internal databases and local registries from our regulators. In addition, you will be reviewing and assessing agent enrollment documents for completeness and compliance in terms of regulatory and internal compliance rules. You’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with external clients across the region and with various internal functional units based globally providing the information about our Agents upon request.
