Better starts and ends with the customer

You’ll support the Reaccreditation Team to undertake a review for existing client accounts, ensuring timely refresh of Know Your Customer and Customer Due Diligence information.  We’ll look to you to contact existing clients to obtain information ensuring alignment with global policies and UK regulatory requirements. You’ll identify, investigate and report on suspicious activity on accounts, and deal with requests around payment, holding balances and customer issues.

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to write incisively and overcome obstacles when speaking to clients
  • Professional work approach and a self-assured style
  • Ability to build good internal relationships
  • Ability to work on targets but with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible working approach, strong decision making, and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English and the Czech language
